If the order is still on pending status and you wish to cancel it, please send an e-mail to our customer service team at enquiry@lapureza.com.my with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform and provide us with details regarding the cancellation order.

Note: Orders that are in shipping or has been shipped shall not be cancelled.

At the moment, all products transaction currency shall be done in Malaysia Currency (MYR) and Singapore Currency (SGD).
